We adopted the love of our life from Freedom Rescue in January 2007.   She was in a litter of Coton pups with "F" names and her adopted name was Faye.  We had recently moved from Hawaii and gave her a Hawaiian name too - "Lani Kinipopo" which roughly translates to "Heaven Ball" and that fits her perfectly. 

 

Lani is the sweetest, most affectionate cuddle bug there is - she is always by our side, on our lap or even on our head while we sleep - she can do no wrong and we just can't wait to see her every day.  She weighs in at a little under 10 pounds and everyone who sees her can't believe how adorable she is!  We love to let people know she is a rescue b/c she is so beautiful and sweet tempered.  We think she looks like a movie star!!!
