Hello! 

My name is Domino and I came to live with my forever family in November 2006.  I was a small black and white ball of fur who
shook a lot when I was first introduced to someone new.  My family fell completely in love with me as soon as they met me and we have become a very happy family together!  I have a mom, a dad and two sisters named Stefanie and Emily.  Emily is officially my 'mother', however, she has to go to school all day and to basketball and soccer practices and games so her mom has kind of taken over the mom role for her during the week.  As you can see from my first picture, I was almost lost the first time it snowed.  Thank heavens I have a lot of black on my face!  I am working very hard on house training, but since I am a little stubborn and willful, I do it when I really want to and not when I don't!  I have a bit of a troublemaker in me, grabbing things I know I am not supposed to have and running as fast as I can away from everyone trying to catch me.  It's really funny to see them running after me!  My mom takes me for long walks every day. (I am getting pretty good on the leash) If it is not high tide, we play catch and fetch on the beach. I also like to play some 'soccer' in the back yard.
I have grown a lot since coming to my new home. My doctor says that I am not overweight; you can tell for sure when I get a bath!  I look like a drowned rat!  After Christmas, my family went on a trip to Ireland and left me in the loving hands of their former babysitter, Sam, who stayed with me at our house.  When they came home, they couldn't believe how heavy I was.  When I went to the doctors, I had gained over 3 lbs in the past month!
I am very happy here in Maine, and hope my brothers and sisters are happy where they are too. I'll keep in touch!
